Leaving the car park, we will head up through Barntown Village towards the 1798 Monument. We then turn down to the left and head past the reservoir. At the next junction, we turn right, then left, and then right again before another left. We will now be heading over the road past the transmitters on Forth Mountain. This road affords us stunning views out over South County Wexford. Let's hope for clear skies. At the end of this road, we turn right up towards Pennylands. Turning right again at Paddy's Rock, we head down through The Cools where we take a left hand turn at the bottom of the hill. We cycle on a bit and then turn right down Growtown Lane. At the bottom of this lane, we take a right hand turn and follow the Taghmon Road back towards Barntown. Passing straight through the roundabout at Larkin's Cross, we head down the inner road back to the car park where we started. This concludes tonight's Tour of Barntown!
Please note: Evening cycles are shorter due to the time of day and do not include a coffee stop. However, we can stop at any point for a water stop and a snack.

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!
