This route is an easy circle tour of quiet roads and cycleways in the northwest of Dublin. We'll meet at Ashtown Station and head along the idyllic canal path to Castleknock where we will join quiet roads through Clonsilla and on to St Catherine's Park. After taking our time going through the park, it's on to Lucan by relatively quiet roads. From there we parallel the Liffey until we reach the Knockmaroon Gate of Phoenix Park. We'll cycle within the park for a little way and then make our way back to the start point. We will include a coffee stop along the way, and there are several options available on this route so we'll decide where to stop on the day depending on weather and the group's preference.

I love getting out and exploring in the fresh air, and cycling at a comfortable pace is my favourite way to do this! My goal is to help others enjoy the fun and freedom of leisure cycling. All are welcome on my bike rides, and of course, we will stop for a cuppa along the way!
