Leaving Murrintown Community Centre Car Park, we head straight down towards Baldwinstown and on to Kilmore Quay. There are toilets here and plenty of refreshments to choose from. Kilmore Quay on a sunny Summer's evening is a real treat. Leaving here, we head back in the direction of Kilmore Village, heading on all the way up to Ballycogley where we take a left hand turn and cycle up the Griddle Road up to and through Mayglass. We take another left turn at the cemetery and follow the road back up along to Murrintown where we started. This cycle is suitable for all bikes and all abilities. Nobody gets left behind, I always cycle at the back of the group.

About

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!
