This week we leave the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital grounds and head out left. At the roundabout, we head onto the hospital road. At the next roundabout, we take the third exit onto the Cookstown Road where we take the second left which brings us to Killyclogher. We leave Killyclogher and head over to the dump road and take a right onto the Gortin Road. We take the first left on this road which brings us past Cappagh Church and brings us out at the Strathroy Link Road. We head back towards the town and at the roundabout we take a right, passing the Silverbirch Hotel and at the second set of lights we take a left and head up past the Leisure Centre and back to Killyclogher. We continue straight past 'The Village Inn' onto the Cookstown Road which we cross and then make our way back to the Tyrone & Fermanagh grounds. This is a lovely cycle so we will have a chat and a cuppa on our return.

I'm an enthusiastic leisure cyclist keen to see more people cycling in my area. This is a great way to meet new friends and clear the head, plus have a bit of fun!
