We will leave the Horse and Jockey Hotel and cycle on the old main road to Cashel. At the roundabout, we take the last exit and at the second roundabout we take the last exit again. Go down the hill and take a left and a left again, keeping the Rock of Cashel on our left before taking the next left into 'Grogans' coffee shop. After refreshments, we will cycle up through the town and back to the Horse and Jockey on the same road.

I love cycling, meeting new people and seeing new places in Ireland and abroad. Cycling is the best way to experience this while also keeping fit and healthy. I look forward to sharing this with you and enjoying a cup of tea and a chat!
