Take part in a Community Bike Ride

Our group rides are a fantastic way to meet new people and connect with those living around you. They are a safe and sociable way to exercise. You also have the option of joining our growing community by taking part in a solo bike ride of your choice. These free rides are open to all adults (18 years and older).
