This spin takes us out the quiet back roads to Clara where we will link up with the R712 cycleway (Kilkenny - Carlow Road). At Paddy’s pub, we will take a right turn and continue on to Gowran where we will stop at 'Molly’s Café' for coffee. We will return back to Kilkenny on the back roads towards Blanchfield House, Dunbell, Maddockstown, along the Sion Road and finish at MacDonagh Junction.
