Heading out towards the lake from Joyce's Home & Hardware, we take in the back roads, scenery and some history of local gates and heritage. We continue for Kilbeg Pier and then turn back towards AC Tyres where we cross the main road to come back into Headford on the back road. We return to Joyce's Home & Hardware through the Mart. 

17km route, suitable for those interested in the history of Headford gates and blacksmithing! Please ensure your bike is in good working order.
