Leaving Laurencetown, we head for Eyrecourt via the Dooras Road. We continue on to Meelick where we cross The Weir and Victoria Lock. Having crossed the river, we head for Lusmagh Church and turn left for Banagher where we will stop for coffee with views of the marina and bridge over the Shannon. The return journey takes us over the bridge and back towards Eyrecourt before branching off at Stauntons Cross towards Clonfert. We then take a left to cut across Abbeyland and back to Laurencetown via the main Banagher Road.
