Bike Week - Moneygall Loop

Leaving the car park, we head out to the roundabout and take the second exit onto the R445 towards Roscrea. At the Roscrea roundabout, we take the first exit going downhill towards the town and take the first left turn onto the R491 towards Shinrone. After approximately 3km, we turn right into Mount St. Joseph Abbey and stop for our coffee break. We leave the Abbey via the west gate and with caution turn right back onto the R491 and at the garden centre we take a left turn. On this road we take the second left which is signposted for Dunkerrin. At the fork in the road, we keep left and continue onto a stop junction where we turn left into Dunkerrin and on to a stop junction with the R445. Turning right here, we follow the road back to Moneygall and return to the car park.
