This is a slow based ride. Getting back on the saddle myself so anyone looking for a New Year exercise beginning this could be for you. We will leave Mount Nugent Village and cycle to Oldcastle with a coffee stop at Millbrook shop. We then take a right before Oldcastle Football Pitch, and cycle down into the Ballinacree area. We continue to the Oldcastle/Mount Nugent Road and straight back into the village. This isn't a race!

I will be on my hybrid bike not my road bike but feel free to ride whatever bike you feel happy with.

Looking forward to getting the group started again!

About

I am a leisure cyclist that started as a participant in 2019. I didn't know anything about bikes but with support from my leader and fellow participants I have joined the Sheelin Flyers and become a leader myself! I hope to support and help others build confidence. This group welcomes anyone that wants a leisure cycle, a cuppa stop and to make some new friends!
