Leaving Murrintown, we head for Baldwinstown, on to and through Duncormick and then on to Carrick-on-Bannow. We turn here for Cullenstown but loop back up into Duncormick where we will find our coffee stop (Coffee stop is 20 minutes approximately). Continuing on, we leave Duncormick, taking a right hand turn and heading out on the L3057 and following this road all the way over to the Baldwinstown Road (L3056) coming from Kilmore. We take a left turn here and follow this road all the way up to and through Baldwinstown where we double back on ourselves all the way back to Murrintown.

I love my bike! I love adventure, being outside in the fresh air, on the move, all year round. I love how it makes me feel - Alive! I honestly believe the best experiences are shared experiences which is why I decided to register to become a Ride Leader. I want to share the 'Feel Good' with as many people as possible. We will never be as young again as we are now, let's give it a go and see what happens!
January 2022 and we got to go to the beach! A great spin this morning. Nice pace, great scenery and great company. Everyone full of fresh air and energy - a real zest for life. I guess thats what a nice cycle offers you.
