This spin will head direct for Portumna up the R355 for 19km to the gorgeous 'Blas Café' for a coffee. We then continue out around the Marina to the Forest Park. We will return to Laurencetown again via the R355 for 7km, passing Clooney and taking a left turn to quieter roads for Deerpark for 2km. We then go right on the R356 (Banagher-Kilimor Road) with a quick left for Quansboro Church. We go straight through the crossroads to Raheen, past Skycur, up by O'Gradys to Huntley and back out at Craughwell, New Gate and back to Pardy's Shop for well deserved refreshments.

I enjoy keeping active and love cycling for leisure. I am involved with our village's "Let's Get Active" group which promotes health, fitness and well-being for all ages in our community and the surrounding areas. It would be great to encourage locals to cycle as it's an easy, healthy and fun way to get out in the fresh air for a break from everyday life 😀.
