This spin will take us along the canal walk to the Castle Road, Nunico Road and Waterford Road. We’ll take a left turn at Danesfort, continuing along that road down Tuck Hill and into Bennettsbridge. We will stop for a coffee at the Crafted Café. We will return to Kilkenny by Wallslough, Grovine, the main Kilkenny-Waterford Road and finish at the Springhill Hotel.
Check that your tyres are pumped up and your bike is in good working order. Please make sure you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. Also, remember your money for the coffee stop.

I am a keen cyclist, and since the first lockdown was lifted, I have enjoyed the leisurely spins with my local Community Bike Rides Group. I also enjoy cycle touring and have recently visited England and various European countries on my bike. I think cycling is the ideal way to experience the beauty of the landscape while keeping healthy and making friends.
