We leave Blessington on the R410 and after 9km we turn left onto the L203 passing Punchestown Racetrack. We then travel onto the L2032 passing through Two Mile House. At 25km, we turn left onto the R445 and pass through Newbridge (close to the Curragh Racetrack). We continue onto the R416 through Killcullen, Brannaockstown, Ballymore Eustace and back to Blessington for coffee and cake! There are a small number of short sharp climbs on this route, but nothing to daunting.

I am a member of the local cycling club here in Blessington, the Reservoir Cogs. I’m passionate about cycling and all things outdoors mainly because of the area I live in and what it has to offer. I’d like to welcome cyclists of all levels to join me so I can show you our beautiful area and to help you build a level of fitness and enjoyment, to meet new like minded people and of course coffee and cake!
Lovely day out cycling. Thanks to Dave, Lisa and Carol for attending. Great been out cycling around the quiet country roads and getting out in the fresh air.
