This week we again leave from the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital grounds and we head down the Hospital Road towards the town. On reaching the roundabout, we take the third exit heading out the Cookstown Road. We go straight through the mini-roundabout and take the next left onto the Knocknamoe Road. We then take another left onto Oakland Road and at the junction we take a right onto the Old Mountfield Road. We then take the next left onto Castleview Road and continue until we reach the Gortin Road. We then take a right and head for the Glens. On reaching the Glens, we take a right into the main car park and enjoy a cuppa at the Coffee Shop. After a chat and coffee, we head back the way we came to the Tyrone & Fermanagh grounds. This is a challenging enough route if you haven’t been out in a while.
